Evolution Creek Software (formerly known as KG Games) is named after a creek on the John Muir Trail in California. It's a beautiful place and we highly recommend visiting it if you can. It's not a day hike, but it's well worth the effort to get there.
We have been making games since 1986, when we first released a free Pac-Man-like game for the Macintosh.
In the 1990's, we released the Mac OS shareware games Polyominoes and Unite (since ported to Steam and Roku).
In the 2000's, we worked on several games for the T-Mobile Sidekick, including Reversi and Peg Solitaire.
In 2011, we released Photo Puzzle, the first game ever in what was then called the Roku Channel Store; Four In A Row and Candy Bear followed shortly thereafter. In 2020, we released our first games on Steam.
Even after nearly 40 years of making games, we feel like there's much more to come!
